When they had arrived back at the base, Gabriel and Jesse had been sent to go see Angela. Guess Gabe’s punishment was to look over the kid. That actually wasn’t so bad. Better then what he thought would happen.

Gabriel was currently leaning against the wall, waiting for Angela to finish looking over the kid

angela soon came out, clipboard in hand. "uh.. well.. i have him a sedative because he wouldn't let me touch him without freaking out.. but.. it seems the got abused.. a lot. he's covered in bruises and cuts, and he had a bloody knife on him. i tested the blood and its of a.." she looked at the clipboard. "johnathon mccree. i believe that is his father.."

Gabriel frowned, watching her. So the kid got abused back home...Poor guy. He gave a small nod. “Will he recover? From the bruises and cuts?” He asked. He knew the mental problems the boy may have weren’t as easy to recover from as physical abuse so he wasn’t going to ask about that right now

she nodded. "with enough love and care, yes. he seems to have a habit of scratching the scans so.. keep them bandages.."

Gabriel nodded. “Alright, I will.” He murmured. “...Is he still asleep right now?” He asked

she nodded. "yes. i suggest getting him to a room now."

He nodded. “Okay.” Gabriel murmured. He then moved over to where Jesse was. He looked him over. Poor boy. He really did look beat up.

jesse was completely limp in the cot, sedated fairly heavily.

Gabriel ighed. He moved over, carefully lifting him into his arms. He was careful not to touch any of the cuts and bruises to cause him anymore pain. He then started carrying him off to a room

jesse made a soft noise. jack spotted them and moved over. "how is he?"
