phasma whistled softly and looked at him, smoothing out her dress. "no idea. i'm not in charge of finances. i put kylo in charge of decorations." she explained, and her eyes connected with kylo at the bar. kylo instantly moved to the stage. "he did pretty good, huh?" she asked, watching him hop onto the stage and tell the DJ the song.

Hux glanced around and seemed thoughtful for a moment before saying softly, "...I suppose he did do a pretty good job." His eyes then flicked to the stage, his head tilting a bit when he saw a dark haired male he didn't recognize.

she hummed. "have you seen him before?" she asked, leading him to the bar as the music started playing and the DJ announced it as 'perfect' by ed sheeran. 'ben' started singing, seeming to keep his eyes on hux.

"No, that's why I'm curious who he is..." Hux said, following Phasma over to the bar and watching 'Ben' curiously. When the other started singing, he figured the look at him was just a coincidence, but when the other kept staring at him, his face slowly turned more and more red, and he quickly turned to the bartender, ordering a drink as he blushed furiously.

phasma smirked. "whoever he is, i think he's trying to get you on stage~" she said, looking as 'ben' pointed to hux and gestured for him to come on stage.

Hux stared at the stage for a moment with wide eyes, and he said softly as he glanced at Phasma, "I swear to the maker if I get embarassed, I'm boycotting this damn night." He then got to his face, pulling his coat close again before climbing up onto the stage, looking at 'Ben' with a blush.

ben held out his hand, smiling. "dance with me?" he offered between lines, smiling.

Hux blinked at the other for a moment, feeling nervous, but he then sighed and took the other's hand, moving a bit close and looking up at the other with a blush.

Kylo should push off Hux's coat while they're dancing and pull him real close and Hux is just all flustered

kylo had been waiting for this for weeks now. the first of the first order karaoke nights. where people just went to unwind and react. hux was apparently going to keep things in order and make sure his ship didn't get destroyed- which mean kylo was also going, but not as kylo. he was going simply as ben. no last name. no trooper code names. just 'ben'.

he walked into the room where it was being held and whistled. there was already people singing. no one was any good, but he was still gonna and sing as soon as he knew that hux and phasma were there. he moved over to the bar to get a drink, humming and watching the door.

Hux hadn't really been too phsyched for the karaoke nights idea, but Phasma had been so enthusiastic about it that he couldn't just tell one of his best friends that he was going to refuse. Still, that didn't mean he was just going to let a bunch of drunk troopers smash things up on his ship pretending they were Kylo. So, he had dressed up in his most casual clothes - which was actually just a black t-shirt and a pair of trousers, but he hated how small he looked in casual clothes, so he was wearing his greatcloak over it. He walked in beside Phasma, pulling his coat in a bit and saying softly to his friend, glancing around, "How much is this costing us, exactly..?"
