Edward blinked. “From what Jim said, he was found at a hotel parking lot.” Edward siad

he nodded. "which one?"

(Uh....I don’t know any hotels in Gotham XD so time to choose one by me.)

“The iron suite.” Edward said. He glance dthe body over. “It was reported yesterday around 11:30 at night. The body was brought in at midnight.” Edward siad. Mike frowned.

“Sonyou haven’t slept at all yet?” He askes. Ed glanced over.

“Oh, god no. I rarely sleep with this job at all. It’s rare I even get three hours in any more on a given night.” Edward said

he blinked. "how do you even function?" he asked, blinking.

Edward watched him. “I Uh...” He trailed off. He glanced away. “I don’t half the time but that’s fine. I’m...Weird anyway. Sleep deprivation is just seen as normal fro me by everyone else.” He said

he scowled. "do you at least get payed overtime?"

He glanced at him. “Yes, I do.” He murmured. He blinked, looking away. “This isn’t really the concern here.” He said. He blinked. “I can tell your friends don’t trust me so we should hurry this up.” Edward said, dropping his voice so onky Brian could hear.

he blinked and looked at mike and ike. "out. both of you. go. go go go." he said, pushing them through the door.

Jason and Mike frowned suddenly when they were being pushed out. “Brian!” Jason groaned.

Edward frowned, watching him. “....I wasn’t suggesting that you kick them out.” He said

he closed the door, humming. he locked the door so they didn't get back in. he
tilted his head. "how much do they pay you?"
