he shook his head.

[peridot.]

He blinked and said softly, tilting his head, "Really? Well.. this waiting thing is gonna be my first real job. I've been so focused on medical school and stuff that I pretty much relied on my parent's money."

[dannychan]

he blinked. "this is maybe my.. uhhh.. fourth job. maybe." he said. "can't really remember."

[peridot.]

He blinked and said, smiling a bit, "Oh, well, it seems like you've kept this job down for a while, so that's good."

[dannychan]

he hummed. "because i haven't died yet." he said and paused, staring at the road. "forget i said that."

[peridot.]

He frowned slightly and said, raising an eyebrow at the other, "Kinda hard to forget something like that."

[dannychan]

he frowned. "just forget it." he muttered.

[peridot.]

He blinked and frowned a bit, but then he glanced out the window and said quietly, "Oh, we're almost to my apartment."

[dannychan]

he thought a moment. "around a year and a half maybe." he said, frowning.

[peridot.]

He blinked and said, surprised, "Oh, wow, that is a long time. Must be boring."
