jack held him and looked at Gabe, looking very obviously worried. "you don't have to answer right now, jesse. let's just get you home ok? then i'll make you some of the chicken noodle soup that you used to like. how does that sound?"

Jesse kept close to Jack. He sniffed, his breath hitching a bit. Gabe blinked, looking at him. He glanced Jesse over, frowning when he noticed that Jesse’s sleeves were stained with blood. His eyes widened. He reached over, gently grabbing Jesse’s hand. He then slid his sleeve up. Jesse tried pulling his arm away, but Gabe kept a hold of his hand. He froze when he noticed Jesse’s arms were all cut up.

he frowned and brushed back jesse's hair. "it's ok.. hey, it's ok.. we're going to patch you up once we're in the pod, ok? you don't have to freak out.."

Jesse froze and tried moving away. Gabe frowned, letting go of his arm. Jesse choked back a cry, seeming to curl into himself.

jack moved to take his jacket off and wrapped it around jesse's shoulder. he took out his healing equipment, and activated it. "it's ok.."
