ben didn't exactly know what was going on, but it had to do with the first order. he had decided to follow his mother, despite her protests, and his eyes landed on armutsgrenze, and the vice grip on his arms. he narrowed his eyes. "you will let him go." he whispered, flicking a hand slightly. leia sighed. "brendol." she greeted a bit bitterly.

Brendol's eyes got a bit hazy as Ben spoke, and he released Armitage, who seemed  surprised, glancing up at his Father for a moment before returning his gaze to the front, his green-blue eyes landing on Ben. Meanwhile, Brendol seemed to get ahold of himself again, and he said gruffly to Leia, frowning, "General Organa. This is my son, Cadet Armitage Hux. He'll be the child involved in this ill-conceived little peace experiment.

she frowned softly. "and i assure you he will be in good hands. ben, why don't you show him around?" she suggested. ben blinked and smiled slightly. "alright." ben was.. a very quiet boy- he was shy and awkward. he moved to armitage and smiled slightly. "come on."

[peridot.]

Armitage blinked down at Ben for a moment, almost like he was studying the shorter boy, but then he nodded a bit and said softly, moving to follow the other, his arms still tucked behind him, "Very well." Brendol, meanwhile, sighed and said quietly to Leia, "Don't break him." Before he moved to climb back up onto the ship. No "take good care of him", or any goodbye to his son.

[dannychan]

ben lead him off. "i'm ben solo, uh.. mom doesn't won't want me to show you anything that you could tell the first order about.."

[peridot.]

"I'm Armitage Hux." He said, his tone clipped and his Imperial accent pretty clear. He then said, glancing around, "It makes sense that General Organa wouldn't want you to show me such things..."

[dannychan]

he blinked and looked over him. "so.. what's it like in the first order?"

[peridot.]

Armitage blinked and glanced over at the other, raising an eyebrow, but he answered softly, "It's.... liveable. I live and learn at the academy on the other side of the planet. It's hard work, but it's to bring peace to the galaxy."

[dannychan]

he blinked. "you realise that destroying planets isn't peace, right?"

/the age difference between Ben and Armie is actually 3 years but I'm gonna shorten it to 2 so that Armie is 19 and Ben is 17 so they're still really tiny and they can't have sex until Ben's birthday

According to his Father, the Resistance deciding to make a base right near their first Order training academy was a power move. He could still remember his Father seething with anger and pacing around as he ranted about how he couldn't believe that Leia had decided to make The Resistance base so close. It was so brazen and in their face that Armitage could understand why the elder Hux was so furious. He didn't understand, however, why the First Order had decided to send him to try and spy on them. It wasn't even really spying, since he was dressed up in his full cadet uniform. Supposedly they had framed it as some kind of learning mission to try and form some kind of potential peace between the FO and The Resistance, but Armitage knew better. There would never be peace until the First Order ruled the galaxy.

He sighed as their ship landed near the new Resistance base, and he was escorted down the ramp by his Father, who had an iron grip on his arm. The young cadet sighed, watching as Leia Organa came out, along with a shorter brunette male who looked like a padawan.
