ray didn't know why he felt like he did. after archer got shot, something had clicked in his brain and he hadn't been able to stop thinking about him. to get his mind off the other male, he had decided to just listen to music. he was currently in the break room, sitting at the table in there and doing some paper work and mumbling along to a song. "dance in the dark.. with you between my arms.. barefoot on the cross.." he mumbled, slowly letting the chair spin lazily.

Archer had been let out of the hospital that day. He had gone back to the station. He stopped however when he reached the break room. He spotted Ray in there, singing a soft. He blinked, watching the other. Ray...He just didn’t understand that guy sometimes. Whenhe got shot, Ray was genuinely worried about him. Archer was still baffled as to why. He wasn’t a pleasant man on any account. So why he cares for an ass hole like him was puzzling.

Archer blinked, pushing those thoughts aside. “...You always sing alone?” He asked.
