It was a few days later. Sherlock had been called in about a murder case. He was out at the crime scene with John, looking it around. Sherlock had been working the crime through in his head. After a moment, Sherlock stopped. He rested a hand on his head, his eyes closing. He let out a quiet breath.

Lestrade was still nearby. He frowned, looking at Sherlock. "Sherlock? You alright?" Greg asked. Sherlock gave a faint nod

john had been nearby and frowned when he saw sherlock. he moved over and frowned. "do you need a shot?" he asked softly.

He shook his head, slowly lowering his hand. "I'm alright John." He said quietly

he frowned. "are you sure..? when was the last time you ate?"

He blinked. "It was early this morning. It...It's just a headache. It'll go away John, no need to worry." He said.

he frowned and looked around. "go sit on the bench. it's probably just withdrawal. tell me if you start to shake, ok?"

Sherlock nodded. He glanced over at the bench, slowly moving over and sitting down.

he quietly explained to lestrad what was going on and moved to sit with sherlock, pulling a small packet of crackers from his pocket. "here. try eating and see if it helps."
