lucy looked between them and noticed gray was suddenly gone. "what- gray!" she huffed and shook her head. she took grays seat. "then what are you two doing eating together- or were. don't you hate him?" she asked.

He blinked. “We were just hanging out. There’s nothing wrong with that.” He said

she stared at natsu, and blinked. "well, he seemed to disappear the second you said you weren't into guys. maybe he had been planning to call it a date and ran when he realised he was wrong." she stated.

He frowned. “...There’s no way he feels any sort of love for me. Maybe he cares. But to go as far as wanting to go on a date with me?” He said
