cornelius "doctor" james, formerly a dangerous plague doctor who was selectivley mute. he was abused as a kid and grew up in new orleans. as he developed, he lost his pet crow who could say a few words, and decided hed start talking as she was his only form of communication. he changed his outfit and became an edgy boio. hes got arachnophobia and a salty attitude but due to some stuff, he really will be mute this time! he also used to be the doctor and got demoted.
