After a day later, Gabe and Jack had arrived where Jesse had fallen off the cliff. Gabriel frowned, moving over to the cliff. He glanced down into the river below. He started searching for a way down.

His gaze soon landed on a small form resting on one of the rocks. His eyes widened. It was Jesse. He couldn’t see much from where they were but he could see that Jesse wasn’t moving.

he followed gabes gaze and his eyes widened. "i'm picking up vital signs." he said and looked at the river. it was way to fast to cross. "can you do that phasing shadow thing to get him? would you be able to get him back over?" he asked, but the rock was a bit too far off.

He frowned. “I can try.” He said. He then moved closer to the edge and quickly phased over to Jesse. He blinked, kneeling down by him. He then took Jesse, managing to pull him up a bit so his legs were out of the water. He waited a few moments before lifting Jesse into his arms. He then managed to phase them both back over to Jack.

jack made a relieved noise and moved over. "set him down."

Gabe nodded. He then knealt down and rested Jesse on the ground. Jesse didn’t seem to react much to it. Gabe frowned, looking him over.

he knelt next to jesse and leaned down to listen to his hear for a moment and put a hand just above the males nose and mouth to feel for any air. he felt in his pocket for his phone. "shit, where is it?" he muttered.

Gabe looked over at Jack. “What are you looking for?” He asked. He noticed Jesse was shivering and he was breathing was slow and shallow. Gabe set a hand on his shoulder. “...kid?” He asked.

Jesse opened his eyes. However they seemed a bit unfocused. He let out a weak whimper.

jack hushed him gently. "hey, it's ok, jesse. we're gonna call an ambulance and get you to a hospital, ok? we just need you to stay awake." he said gently, still searching for his phone.

Gabe frowned, looking Jesse over. “Jack...I think he may have hypothermia.” He saud. He frowned, seeing Jack was still trying to find his phone. He frowned, taking Jesse’s phone out of his pocket and handing it to Jack.

Jesse stared up at them before his eyes closed again. Gabe frowned. “Come on Jesse, stay awake.” He said.

he looked at him and called the police before calling an ambulance and taking off his jacket to wrap around jesse and then pull him close to his chest as gently as he could to warm him up.
