Jack looked him over. He sighed. “Yeah...I would.” He said. If he had the choice, he’d do anything to get Gabe back if he ever lost him. Jack glanced at Jesse. He sighed, moving over to him. He gently placed a hand on his shoukder. Something flashed in Jesse’s eyes and he flinched rather violently. Jack instantly moved his hand away. Jesse seemed to relax a bit once Jack moved his hand away.

“From now on you’ll be working under Gabriel’s unit. You will do exactky as he says when he says it. You’re a good kid, Jesse, you just need guidance. He’ll help you. Just listen to what he says and keep it in mind.” He said.

“Yes sir.” Jesse said. He soon moved his gaze to meet Jack’s. He stared at him for a momemt before looking at Gabriel.

“Come on kid. Let’s get Back.” He said. He then moved over to the dropship. Jesse hesitated before following bim

After a while they arrived back at the base. Jesse shifted a bit uncomfortable

he looked at jesse. "go to your original room and get some rest. training starts as soon at torb builds you an arm."

He nodded. "Okay." he said. He then moved off. Jack watched him leave. He sighed. "...Avoid physical touching with him. From the way he flinched and how scared he looked, it's obvious there's been abuse in his life." Jack murmured.
