"no, sorry CZ. we lost him days ago and we have no idea where he went." a woman's voice responded. the man (citizen Z) responded after a moment. "operation bitemark is useless without him. remember this is for the safety of what is left of man kind. without him, there's no cure." he stated.

Daryl frowned. Cure? “...A cure?” He askes quietky.

he nodded. "i've been listening in because i just thought it was a radio story thing like the alien invasion in the 30s or something.. but.. now i'm not so sure." he said and rubbed his chin. "he apparently has seven bite marks on his torso, but he never turned because of an experimental vaccine." he explained and thought a moment. "if you get a look under his shirt, we can find out if he's the real deal."

jesus hummed. "romance normally works for me, but.." he said and trailed off. "i think daryl isn't a very romantic dude so.. try offering to wash his clothes?"
