he hummed. “tired and achy.” he sighed.

Jesse blinked, looking him over. “I’m sorry Dad.” He murmured

he pat his leg gently. “it’s not your fault. i just haven’t taken my meds again.. but i don’t want to, they make me feel all loopy.”

Jack frowned. “You need to though, Gabe. You know that.” Jack said, looking at him.

he groaned. “fine, i’ll take the antibiotics but those pain killers can go fixum themselves.” he groaned. “jackie.”

Jack looked at him. “If you’re in pain you’re going to take them.” He said

he sighed. “babe, it’s nothing that’s making it unbearable. it’s just a stinging in my resists and a stomach ache. nothing ibuprophine won’t fix.”

Gabe smiled slightly and gently whacked jesse’s chest with a pillow. “go back to sleep.” he said softly.
