A few days after he had started to feel better - Kylo had made him stay in bed for a few more days than he needed, demanding that he needed to be sure he was okay - Hux had returned to his post on the bridge, cleaned up and just as firm as always. As he walked along and observed, giving orders and working away on his datapad, he didn't notice a few crew members were sneaking glances at him, glad to have their leader back.

kylo, however, noticed every glance, and each time he did, his lip twitched in annoyance. kylo was following behind hux, he would move closer and pull him into his front. “so how are you feeling, soulmate?” he asked, making sure everyone heard and moving to press his mask to his cheek in a kiss.

[peridot.]

Hux's eyes widened slightly as he was pulled up against Kylo's front, and he turned a deep red at the faux kiss. He said in a strained voice, blushing even more when most of the crew turned to look at them, "Ren, what are you doing?"

kylo hummed and mumbled softly, holding him still. “mine.” he muttered and made one of the people who had been stealing looks, look away.

[peridot.]

He turned a bright red and huffed softly, tilting his head up to gently kiss at the bottom of the other's mask, "Calm the hell down, babe."

/maybe Hux is feeling better and Kylo decides to announce to like the whole bridge that Hux is his soulmate bc he can tell some of the crew thinks Hux is cute? cx
