It was a few hours later since John had performed the surgery on Sherlock’s leg. Maggie ended up joining to help. Sherlock was till passed out on the bed. John was sitting on a chair in the room, close to Sherlock, every now Nd then checking his vitals. He sighed quietly.

After a bit, Sam entered the room. “...Is he okay?” Sam asked, tilting his head slightly. John blinked.

“...I don’t know. For now he is.” John said
