Hank glanced over when the door opened. He spotted Connor and smiled. "Hey Connor-" he suddenly trailed off when Connor nearly tackled him. He glanced down at the smaller male, hugging him back. He looked him over, rubbing his back slowly.

he whimpered, trembling slightly in his arms. “i-i saw.. i thought..” he said through his sobs, gasping for air.

Hank shsuhed him, keeping him close. He raised a hand, gently resting it on the back of Connor’s head. “It’s alright Connor. It’s alright.” He whispered. “Deep breaths Connor.” He murmured

he took a few deep breaths, his LED rapidly flashing between yellow and red.

Hank held him close, stroking his hair gently. He stayed silently, giving Connor time to process everything.

after a moment, he seemed to calm and his led just stayed yellow. “are you ok?”

Hank nodded. “Yes, I’m alright. I had some nerve damage to my leg so I have a permanant limp now. But other then that, I’m okay.” He said

he frowned and looked at the male, slowly moving away. “come in, sit down..” he said softly.

He blinked. “Hey now don’t start treating me like I’m crippled.” He ssid, ruffling his hair. He then moved inside with Connor

he seemed to brighten up considerably at the ruffling, smiling.
