Sherlock watched him, looking him over. "....Why wouldn't I have saved you?" He asked, looking confused.

Sherlock glance him over. "John, you're...You're my best friend. I would do anything to keep you safe." He murmured. He looked him over. "You have a family now. And that's something I would willingly give my life to protect." He said.

he nodded and leaned on sherlock as one of the officers worked on the foot shackle.

Sherlock watched him, setting a hand on his back gently. "...what's going on with Eurus?" Sherlock asked.

"We're having her arressted and sent to prison." Lestrade said. Sherlock blinked.

"Okay. Thank you." Sherlock murmured. He then glanced at John. "...Are you heading back home tonight?" He asked.

he hesitated. “would you mind if i stayed at the flat?”

He shook his head. "Not at all John." He murmured softly. "You know you're always welcome." He said

he nodded and sniffed softly. “how much do you want to bet that we’ll get sick tomorrow?” he mumbled.

He blinked. A faint smile tugged at his lips. "You know me, I'm too stubborn to get sick. But if you get sick, you know I'll take care of you." he said.
