He watched him. “I’ve taken a bullet for you already. And if it came down to it, I would do the same again, no matter the outcome. I don’t want you to get hurt. And...Just thinking about you is enough to make me feel better and smile.” He said

he blinked and smiled softly, gently tugging him down and gently kissing his head.

Connor froze suddenly when he was being tugged down. His led suddenly turned red, but then to a yellow when Maddok suddenly kissed his head. He looked like he was trying to process what just happened

he blinked. “i saw someone do that at a cafe.. is that the right thing to do in this situation? if i.. return those feelings?”

Connor looked him over. “I...I don’t know.” He whisoered. He wasn’t going to lie though...He liked that. He hesitated before gently resting a hand on his cheek, looking him over.

he smiled softly, watching him. “hank isn’t awake yet.. he has the day off, actually.. would you like to stay in bed?”
