she smiled and wrapped her arms around lena gently.

Lena glanced down when she felt Addy wrap her arms around her. She glanced down, smiling faintly. She really did enjoy the other being close to her. She blinked, looking back at the screen. “There’s a romantic comedy starting at 3:30 today.” Lena said

she smiled. “sounds good! i need to go shower before we go, though.”

Lena nodded. “Okay.” She murmjred, smiling. “Take your time.” She said.

she smiled and stood, moving off.

Lena watched as Addy moved off. She then glanced down, letting Rusty’s head. “Come on boy.” She murmured. She then headed off into the base. Rusty followed alongside her. Lena looked around before spotting Jack.

“Hello Commander.” Lena greeted. Jack looked over, sighing.

“Hey Lena. Are you doing alright?” Jack asked. Lena nodded.

“I’ll be alright Jack.” She murmjred. Jack glanced her over before spotting g Rusty, who was sitting obidiently beside Lena. He frowned.

“Lena, you know we can’t have pets here.” He whisoered. Lena stared at Jack before looking down at Rusty.

“He’s a good dog, Jack. He’s not going to cause any problems.” Lena said

Gabe had been walking past when he noticed the two and.. the dog, and he knew exactly what was going to happen. he moved over, flicking him in the back of the head. “let her keep the damn dog, you doof.”

Jack winced when Gabe suddenly flicked him on the head. He glanced over at him. He sighed. “You’ll be responsible for him Lena.” Jack said. Lena nodded.

“I know Jack. I wasn’t planning on dumping the responsibility on anyone else.” She said

Gabe kissed his cheek. “good.” he said softly and moved to pat he dig- even if he was allergic, this wasn’t going to stop him for loving this adorable animal.
