Around a week later, the hospital had released Steve. He was allowed to go home and he could do some things on his own, but Dean had taken it upon himself to take care
Of the male. Maybe he wssover reacting, but he didn’t need Steve opening up any wounds again or hurting himself somehow so he stayed by his side to help him out

steve wasn’t all too happy about not being able to more than stand and walk around on his own- and even getting up he needed help. he sighed as he watched some stupid reality show, ice packs laying across his torso because it helped until his meds kicked in.

After a bit, Dean moved over to Steve. He looked him over. “Do you need anything Steve?” He asked

he looked up at dean and sighed. “some water could be nice.”

Dean smiked. “Sure.” He murmured. He then moved off.

After a minute, he came back with the water. He sat down beside him and handed him th glass
