He sighed, watching her. He was silent for a momemt. “Okay...Why don’t we go into town and get you a few things? We’ll take care of you, sweetie, we won’t let you just live on the streets.” Jack murmured. Olivia looked up at him, her eyes wide.

“...Really?” She asked quietly

he nodded and smiled softly at her, picking her up and smiling. “hi remind me of my little sister. look a lot like her.” he chuckled.

She flinched a bit, suddenly whimpering slightly when Gabe touched her back. She gripped his shirt gently

he frowned softly. “are you hurt?” he asked softly, holding her gently. “jack, check her back.” he said.

Jack moved over, wathing her. “...Is it okay if I check your back, Olivia?” Jack asked. Olivia tensed up a bit.

he frowned. “he’s not going to hurt you. he’s just gonna look, ok?” he said softly.

Olivia sniffed, nodding. Jack then gently lifted her shirt up. His eyes widened. She had bruises on her back and welts. Probanly from being hit. “Jesus Christ...” He whispered quietly.

he frowned and took a look. “alright.. change of plans, we’re gonna take you to the doctor and bring you some ice cream there, ok?” he asked softly.

She sniffed. “...Okay.” She whisoered quietly

he  nodded and fixed her shirt gently. he looked at jack. “you got a car, right?” he asked and set a hand on the back of olivia’s head gently, trying to keep her calm.
