It was rather late at night. It was around 9 and Majima had been at work for the past 3 hours. He was a bartender at a night club. He had come over form Japan around ten years ago. He was around 31, but he looked younger then what he was. Due to an accident, he lost his right eye but he managed just fine without it. He worse an eyepatch just so he didn’t creep people out with the injury.

He had longer hair and it was pulled into a ponytail. He was currently fixing someone’s drink, when someone else approached the bar. He gave the previous person her drink before moving over to the male. He offered a smile. “Hello. Are here to order anything?” Majima asked

mitsukuni really hated going to bars like this when he wasn't on duty, but it was the closest place with booze, which he needed. he would look at the slightly shorter man, and sighed. "the liquor store is closed. am i able to just buy entire bottles here?" he asked.

Majima blinked. Entire bottles hmm? “No, sadly I can’t sell entire bottles to costumers. That’s just regulations we have here.” Majima said. It was a law mostly. Bars couldn’t swell large amounts of alcohol in bottles to where the person would get intoxicated quickly and become a hazard to themselves or others

honni stared at the man. "not even if give you a very large tip?"

He sighed, wathing him. “No, that’s against the rules we have here. And while this job isn’t he best, I kind of can’t get fired.” Majima said. He watched him. “I can serve you a drink just not the whole bottle.” Majima siad

he thought a moment. "what if i'm not drunk by the end of a bottle?"

He sighed, watching him. “Sir, for the last time it’s still a no. I’m sorry, but if that’s not acceptable to you, there are stores around here that sell alcohol. You can always go there and buy a bottle.” Majima said

he sighed. "they all close early on sundays, and i'm all out of whiskey." he said before thinking a moment. "alright then.." he then took his wallet out and flipped it open to show a badge. "i have i tell that your whiskey is drugged. i'm going to have to confiscate it."

(...What? He’s just going to say the whiskey is drugged just because Majima won’t serve him the whole bottle which is against the law to do so XD?)
