plot with roque? currently in flintlock but looking for past stuff

yo okay so, here's roque--he's got a VERY open backstory hence why i have very little on him, but i really want to plot him with people and sorta get on putting it together. he's very motherly and very very pacifistic. he's suffered a lot of physical abuse in his past, he's french, he's a wonderful cook, he's currently 33. 
and these are just some random ideas pleaSE i need more

Past Plots

• People he's traveled with in the past/taken care of, maybe as nomads

• People who maybe have mugged/robbed him

• People who perhaps helped him with becoming more fluent in English--he is fluent NOW, for the most part

Present/Future Plots

• Someone who has a cat giving him a kitten/trading somehow

• Someone learning French from him

• Someone currently robbing him honestly because he's very easy target

• Cooking friends

• People he can mom

he'd probably be more curious than anything

but yeah he's been in the US since he was like. 18 but, language. was slow for him
and he was in a v wealthy area ie why he wasnt exposed to the blackout as fast

also he. sometimes just  says his last name is smith bc . certain people have a tendency to pronounce poussey as pussy and it annoys him

yes she is!! issi travels all over and she has like a covered wagon pulled by two horses so i imagine,, just she finds him and was like “yessssss a boi i claim this” and then after a few months they got separated??
