It had been a few years now since Overwatch had disbanded. The three main leaders had supposedly died during the explosion and the rest of the members were scattered. Or they were until Winston had sent out a message, recalling the remaining overwatch members and broadcasting for newcomers.

Some had come back. The group had been at a standstill for a while as they didn’t have a leader. They had debated who the new face for overwatch should be. Someone who the public could trust and had no affiliation with the terrorist group Talon, or an omnic since the world was still wary of them. So the group decided on Tracer to be the new leader of Overwatch.

At first the soup had doubts since she was young and inexperienced, but she was shaping up to be a pretty good leader. Since their numbers were still low, she had sent out a broadcast for new recruits. And she had luckily found one.

Tracer has gone off to the meeting point they set up to pick up the new recruit. She stopped once there, glancing around quietly.

about twenty people had come to join up with tracer- or maybe they were protecting the recruit she was going to take. there was a ninja like archer, a mini mech rider, an engineer that was messing with a few trinkets. near the back of the group sat a man, he had very long bell cut sleeves, straight shaped pants and spikey, bright red hair with goggles. he seemed to be fiddling with a rifle, whistling a soft tune, having yet to notice the woman.

Tracer glanced them over. She blinked, staying silent for a moment. She soon drew in a deep breath. “Are all of you here to join Overwatch?” Tracer asked, scanning the others

he few people rose their hand, but the one in the back moved forward. “i’m the one that called you though. this little group..” he gestured to those off to the side. “do want to join though.”

Tracer looked up at the taller male. She nodded. “Very well. I will escort you there.” She said. “Follow me, whoever wants to join. There’s a dropship outside.” She said. She then turned, heading off

he looked to the few and they followed, humming. “that’s gibson, emmerson, riles, and i’m niche.” he stated.

Once on board, Tracer gestured for them to sit down. She then glanced them over. “Pleasure to meet you all. I’m Tracer. But you may call me Lena if you choose.” She said

niche tilted his head. “tracer. haven’t i heard of you before?”

She watched him. “Perhaps.” She said. She then took a set after typing in the coordinates and the ship took off. “I was part of the original overwatch. I was a new recruit. Onky was there for a year before the explosion happened.” She said

he blinked. “oh! lena oxton! i heard you on the news, yeah!” he said and moved to sit behind her. “i was real young when i heard about you.” he chuckled.
