[I]THALIA R.
[I]BUT WE JUST ALWAYS SEEM TO JUST FALLOUT WHEN I'M MOST IN NEED OF IT
their deals almost never went to plan, not that they truly planned well, but this was was going really downhill and fast. they arrived to more people than they had expected and now the buyers were claiming they were shorting them. thalia wasn't one of the ones that dealt directly with the buyers, she was more a planner and part of the brawn during the actual missions, so she watched the argument go on between luca, dahlia, and the leader of the others.
the fact that they were incredibly outnumbered and the raised voices caused her anxiety to spike. she held her gun even tighter than before to compensate for the excessive sweat because of this. trying to keep her gaze even to not miss anything, her dark brown eyes landed on blake. the two stood a few feet behind their partners and wider than they did; this really wasn't going to end well. thalia was looking at blake to make sure he was paying attention, ready for whatever would end up happening.
as well, she wanted to make sure no one was creeping in on him; he had a bit of a track record of being pretty clueless, so, he might not even notice. she cared for blake the most out of the group, they didn't always see eye to eye, but he was her safe place. thalia couldn't afford to have anything happen to him.
her timing ended up cursed, though. right as she took her attention away from the issue at hand, a gun went off. everything went quiet and everyone froze for a moment since no one was really sure who had fired, but thalia knew it hadn't been them. the yelling started moments later. she held her gun up, pointing it from person to person to make sure they all kept their distance from the small group.
[b][I]LUCA S.
[I]AND SOMEBODY WORKS FOR THEM AND, SO, THEY THINK THEY GOT IT MADE
by now, luca knew the drill; him and dahlia did the majority of the talking while thalia and blake were there for protection. he liked it this way, he liked having more control of the situation and he felt as though this gave him that. he also felt required to since it was kind of his family's business and he had grown up in this. he had gotten used to how things worked; the buyers always tried to sway him. they'd try everything to pay the least amount and get the most product. luca knew he just had to be firm and hold his ground.
[b]"no. we agreed on twenty-four grams and that's what's here; if you don't believe me, you can waste everyone's time here by weighing it." he explained curtly then followed by a small sigh. the buyer continued to claim that they had wanted thirty grams and that what they had wasn't even twenty-four. he rolled his eyes at this, groaning some in annoyance. "ya know what," he said, putting his hands out, signaling for quiet, "i'm getting impatient and we're not leaving without our payment, so you have fifteen seconds to pay, or we take the money and the drugs. your choice." he said, a sternness in his voice that let everyone know he was serious.
that's when the single gunshot happened. the silence that settled over them was like the calm before the storm. yelling began which made luca close the case that held the bags of cocaine. another gun sounded and that only made it more clear this wasn't going to end well and it was ending fast."dahlia, take this. i'll get the cash." luca instructed, praying that she would follow his orders just once.

DAHLIA D.
[I]'Cause I've been shaking I've been bending backwards till I'm broke
dark red lips pursed as an annoyed expression spread over dahlia's features. she was always quick to get agitated with these types of things - the buyers trying to get the price lowered. maybe she wasn't the best person to be a part of the team that did all the talking; dahlia was a very impulsive person. no one ever knew what to expect when her buttons were pressed, there was no way to tell how she'd react to it. a scoff left her lips as she leaned back into the chair and crossed her legs. her left eyebrow raised before she opened her mouth to speak.

[b]"you know, we have a word for what you're doing. we call it [i]berrinche." an irritated tone was laced within her voice, a bite of venom coming with the last word she spoke. "that's what little babies do when they want their mother's milk." her eyes narrowed while she spoke, before shutting her mouth once more, the boss giving her a look. her dull eyes shifted around all of the other guys that outnumbered the small team, listening as luca took a stern tone as he spoke to them this time.

the woman wasn't surprised when she heard the first gun shot, she was annoyed, but not surprised. within a second she had the gun from the waistband of her pants in her hands and was on her feet, standing tall as she raised it as a warning to the others. her jaw clenched and she rolled her eyes as luca told her to do stuff. "whatever you want, jefe." dahlia said sarcastically to him before her hand grabbed ahold of the handle of the case and slid it off the desk and to her side. she kept her gun raised as she walked backwards to where blake and thalia were.

dahlia knew that luca would just want all three of them to start going and not to wait for him, but she also just wasn't going to let him stay up here alone with all of the guys up here too. she turned for a second to shove the case towards blake. "you guys start going, i'll stay up here and cover him." she said before she turned and raised her gun back up, shooting at the guys who were either going at luca or had their guns pointed at him.
[b]BLAKE H.
[I]They're gonna rip it off Taking their time right behind my back
blake "danger" hudson was not the type of person you'd picture when you thought of a criminal. if you did, he'd probably be someone who got caught stealing something from a convenience store and not helping deal drugs. he probably would've been better being the getaway driver - not someone who had to be focused on everything. to put it simply, he got distracted very easily. whether it was some small detail about someone (like salad stuck in someone's teeth or a loose thread) or something going on within his interesting head, he always seemed to put his focus on something that didn't need it.

a quiet chuckle escaped his lips as he listened to dahlia's comment, rocking back and forth on his heels. his eyes began to looked around the room. why did these things have to take so long? why couldn't they be in and out in no time. he was starting to get [i]bored. he let out a small sigh before trying to focus back in on what was happening, looking from luca who was talking to the boss who had his eyes narrowed at them.

when the first gun shot rang out, it was like a switch flicked on within him and he was at full alert. he had his gun up and shifting back and forth between the people. why did he have to wish it was over? this was not good. a slight groan left his lips before dahlia shoved the case to him. he took it in his hand before nodding at her words. he looked over to thalia, nodding his head towards the door as he began towards it. once he was in the hall he shot at the people in it who were guarding the room before he made his way hastily down it so they could get to the car and be ready for when dahlia and luca came out.
