venom loved eddie more than anything- with one exception. you see.. anne had a child for them. they had asked her to and she had gladly agreed. that baby was the only thing he loved more than eddie. currently, it was early in the morning, and the massive goop man was holding the baby, a string of goop holding eddies hand while eddie got some rest. eddie has taken the night baby shift the past few nights and was exhausted from it, so venom was taking over baby shift for now. eddie has taught him how to hold a baby properly, his to kiss its head without hurting it, how to feed and change it without hurting it. venom hummed as he moved to get some food for the baby, the goo line just extending and growing longer as he moved.

Was Eddie happy to have a child? Yes absolutely. He had always wanted to be a father, but never found the right time to do so. But things were calmed down now and he wasn’t alone. He was hesitant at first when they first brought the baby home. He was worried that Venom wouldn’t be able to help care for it or end up harming the baby somehow. And he was worried that the baby would be freaked out every time she saw Venom. That didn’t seem to be the case though, which was good. That might change when she’s older but for now, she was alright.

Eddie had slept for a while, but by now he was used to staying up late with the kid, so he had gotten up, looking around. He didn’t see Venom anywhere. He did see a small trail of goo though so he decided to get up and follow it.

He stopped when he spotted Venom. He watched him for a moment. “You two doing alright?” He askwd

he looked over his shoulder and smiled widely as he fed the baby. “she’s hungry, eddie~” he cackled, looking back to the baby. he kept his smile, eyes narrowing slightly- though it was in a very happy way. “she like to eat.”

He nodded. “Yeah well, she’s a baby. They eat a lot. Eat and sleep. All day.” He murmured softly. He then headed over to them, standing beside Venom, a hand on his back.

venom hummed. “like Us~” he stated, moving to nuzzle him slowly. “we love baby~”

He chuckled softly. “No, like you. I had a perfectly fine diet until you came along.” He ssid teasingly. He then looked at the baby. “I’m glad you do Venom. She seems to like you too.” He kurmured

he cackled softly again and looked at the baby once it finished eating. he moved to give it a little closed mouth kiss on the head, setting the bottle aside. “we should take her somewhere, eddie.” he suggested, moving closer to nuzzle as eddie gently b

Eddie watched her for a moment. “I suppose we can take her to a park. There’s one a little ways from the house. It’s supposed to be nice out tomorrow. Getting her some fresh air may be good.” Eddie said

he nodded happily. “we can show her what puppies are.” a lot of people in san francisco has grown used to seeing venom so they wouldn’t have a problem just walking around.
