jazz is open to friendships, enemies (though he's so oblivious he wouldn't even know someone hated him), helping out with one of your character's hobbies, getting taught things about your character's hobby (fishing, hunting, artsy stuff). and just about everything and anything in between
i don't have any specific plots in mind for jazz, but if you have any plots that you think a goof like jazz might fit, i'd be more than glad to hear it, too!
the few things he is closed to would be a love interest relationships,, he's too dumb for a relationship ASDFADF, fights he really tries to avoid any confrontation, and anything that really causes confrontation
