What sort of secret boys club meeting did she walk on? She walked over to them, sliding her way past anyone who may get in her way. Teddy seemed to be talking about some big event - ah, so that was the male agenda. And though she hated to interrupt, she wanted to sit.
"Hate to interrupt, but I am" she hummed as she walked over to Teddy, plopping herself down on his lap and wasting no time to get comfy by wrapping her arms around his neck and giving him a kiss to apologize for the interruption. She then looked at the other people and just smiled as some type of apology before looking back towards Teddy "As you were saying?" she then said, as if to say "ok you can now continue".
She didn't really care what everyone else thought, instead she just waited for Teddy to continue talking about the big event plans for the group.
//this isnt very impressive and i apologize but please wait for Truce to reply with Teddy!

It had been an idea discussed between The Administration for weeks now and, with a date in place for the biggest celebration of the year, Teddy was eager to gloat to the group about the upcoming festivities. Sat at a casino booth with several made men sat around the table with him, Teddy rambled as he gesticulated eagerly, cigarette pinched between two fingers. ❝ So from the twenty seventh of February to the third of March, we will celebrate our very first… Mardi Gras. Think about it- ❞
He took a deep puff of his cigarette, tipping his chin up to blow a plume into the air before continuing, ❝ da prime opportunity to bring in new perspectives for the group. An event where all are welcome from across the country. We give ‘em the wow factor with this week-long celebration and they’ll be on their knees beggin’ for us to keep ‘em ‘round. After all, once ya stumble upon glitter ‘n’ gold, why would ya wanna go back to da sticks?! ❞ Lifting his head, Teddy watched as Penny interrupted, closed lips curling into a simpering smile as the petite woman took a seat on his lap.
❝ Darlin’! ❞ He exclaimed, ambition burning in his eyes as he welcomed the attention gladly before looking back towards the group, free hand resting on Penny’s waist. ❝ We just here talking about the upcoming Mardi Gras celebration. ❞ The event itself seemed to be an event made for a man like Teddy. The opportunity to indulge in opulence and debauchery — or, that would be what he’d make of it. He was in his prime when he was partying, enjoying the very finer things in life.
❝ Listen. Alcohol, drugs, good food, cigarettes and gamblin’. All the vices right here to keep any man or woman desperate to stick around. And so, we give ‘em all that, and this investment will be entirely in our favour. Trust me on dis one… Now, who’s gonna help make this the best celebration of the year? ❞

That's the celebration you had in Lousiana, right?" she questioned curiously, though that would make sense as to why Teddy seemed to excited by it. There wasn't really any big celebration in Boston - unless one of their sport teams won of course - though the Rossi family held their own version of Carnival in little Italy with their neighbors. That was the closest she got to some type of big celebration unless one of their teams did good.
Then when Teddy started explaining what went on, the petite girl's eyes practically lit up "That sounds like Carnival! You nevah told me you had a Carnival in Louisana!" she accused, though seeming to be very excited suddenly at the thought of this being similar to something she knew. "It's gonna be wicked easy, best party? Please. Give us a challenge, it's not like any of the othah groups do anything close to as fun!"
