Talk About Weekly Tasks!

Okay so this came up because I basically, while I was dating the title for weekly tasks, thought 'timing them really makes it seem like it's a job and that's no fun, right?'

So how do weekly tasks effect you?

I know, personally, that many times, the tasks are taken and not finished, especially when they're out of clan. I also know that when they are finished, they can give the clan a good activity! I've noticed that silly tasks can help a lot, and so can unique serious tasks; I've noticed that the regular 'go do this' task does not help much, and normally will not be done!

[align=center][div style="background-color:;border:;width:450px;overflowtretch;font-size:12px;text-align:justify;line-height:110%;font-family:times new roman;"]i haven't really thought about it until you brought it up .w. i also feel like they shouldn't have dates on it, but i feel the dates aren't a deadline but instead sort of a window?? like the preferred days to do it but it isn't necessary? but then again, i guess if it's looked at like that then calling it 'weekly' tasks isn't true? like false advertisement almost?? idk how to explain it cx but i see where you're coming from.
i really like the weekly tasks though and i think they're a good idea. especially for those who want to post but don't know what to post. i'm sure there are cons just as they're pros, but i can't think of any at the moment.

What do you think about tasks given out at meetings? Ones that can be taken and done at any time?

Or perhaps a different wayt o do weekly tasks, like just a 'jobs to be done' thread that stays up until every job is done?

branching off this idea, should we have a sort of ic bulletin board? like, a thread could be made saying there are some things that need/could be done and it's on the board somewhere in camp. when an individual is done, they cross it off the list. ooc wise, we could go back to the same thread, provide the link with our characters doing the tasks so it also becomes sort of like a collective hub for specific threads like that?
i'm probably making it too complicated but i really like the second idea cx
