Staff wanted to post something here to sort of give some reassurance and maybe lighten the tension surrounding WNG.
First off--Grea's thread was hoping for opinions, but it was personally based, and not a staff discussion. So we wanted to all present here what we can currently say without doubt.
We know WNG is having trouble. And we want to do what we can to fix that. Whether that means making rule changes or changing the setting, what have you--we're working on both brainstorming a variety of ideas.
We ALSO know that we're not changing ANYTHING without first getting as much member feedback as possible, and member suggestions, and finally--member approval.
If you haven't seen anything staff-official about changes, then don't worry--nothing's going to just happen out of nowhere, I promise. We will likely soon hold a more official thread that staff are all aware of and taking part in, or run a survey form, or another option to get feedback, but for now we're in the VERY early stages of this, and there won't be any actual changes for a while.

Quote:Track, I just want to say the opinions on WNG thread was NOT deleted because of staff! I deleted it because it was my thread, and it was beginning to make me uncomfortable. Your opinions have all been heard / read and just because the thread is deleted, that doesn't mean the posts are lost to staff, so don't worry about that. Sorry about that, guys!
