she hesitated. "well.. i started thinking.. and i decided i'm ok with carrying as long as i get a C section. no accept ion see. i'm not getting my nether region ripped apart by a baby or babies, and.. i had this friend in high school who agreed to be a donor.. i'd hate to let him down." she said gently.

[peridot.]

He blinked and said, seeming surprised, "Oh, well, if you're willing to do that I guess.." He opened and closed his mouth, seeming like he was struggling for words, "I mean... what about money, and stuff? Do you think we're in a good enough place for that? Babies are expensive.."

[dannychan]

he hummed. "baby, you get payed more than we can really handle, in just shit at saving." she said and looked over him. "if you think it's too soon.."

[peridot.]

"No, no, it's not too soon it's just... you know me, constantly a bundle of nerves." He said, raising a hand to his mouth to chew nervously on his fingernails. He said softly, sighing, "Kinda sucks that since we're gonna go with a donor and stuff there's not really gonna be any.. me in them. Biologically, I mean."

she sighed softly and kissed his head. "i'm sorry baby.. we could ty the bone marrow thing they were doing back in twenty fifteen but.. it's still not perfected, and there could be tons of stuff that could go wrong.." she said gently.

[peridot.]

He blinked and sighed, resting his head against her shoulder, "I know, and that's why I don't wanna do it.." He then said, hands going to his lap, "It doesn't matter that much anyways. Biology be damned, I'm still gonna be their Dad."

[dannychan]

she smiled. "their fommy~" she joked softly, kissing the top of his nose gently.

[peridot.]

"I think I prefer Dad. Or Father." He said, smiling a bit and giving her a soft kiss. He then said when he pulled away, "So... I guess if that's really what you want, I wouldn't mind if we tried to have a baby. Or, I guess babies, but it'd probably be good to start with one, alright?"

she hummed. "can't control how many were gonna have, baby." she said.

He blinked and said, sighing softly, "Yeah, yeah, I know. You just know how nervous I am around and about children..." He then said, raising an eyebrow, "Besides, what does fertility matter? I thought we were getting a surrogate or something. Last time I checked, the thought of pregnancy made you sick."
