Sherlock looked him over. “...Id have my doubts.” Sherlock said. “Because I don’t think youd be moving out on the streets or without shelter all these years.” Sherlcok said

he shrugged. "i mostly just motel hop or sleep in shelters." he saidbb

Sherlcok blinked. “...Seeing as your brother will be in jail, can’t you go take money from his bank account and use it to rent a flat somewhere?” He asked

he rose an eyebrow. "he doesn't believe in banks and his wife is a selfish bitch."

He sighed. “You can’t be much younger then me, Drew. You seem healthy. A man like you will have no problem finding a job in London. There are good paying ones out there right now that will pay you quite a bit. You’ll be able to find a flat that’s affordable for you.” Sherlock siad

he looked down. "i.. can't." he sighed and pulled up his pant leg, frowning. half of his leg was missing- it was just a prosthetic. "i didn't pass high school, and i'm weaker than a seven year old, so manual labour isn't an option. i can hardly do addition." he muttered and pulled his pant leg back down. "the only reason i was at the bar last night was because my brother told me to and then to meet him a few blocks away. he had given me thirty bucks, said to get a few drinks and keep my mouth shut about where i was going and.. i just didn't know what would happen." of course, hardly any of that was true. the reason he didn't get a job was because they do background checks.

Sherlcok frowned, looking him over. “...Then perhaps you can stay here. The flat here is full, but our landlady does have another flat open in this building.” He said

he hesitated. "i don't have anything to pay rent with, though." he said and bit his thumb nervously, looking down.

“...She’s too stubborn to admit it, but she does struggle a bit with some jobs. Im sure she’d be more then happy to have a helper around the flats. She also owns the little shop right next to these apartments. I’m sure she can offer you a job there.” He said
